Devils in the darkness
demons in disguise
with traps laced in arson
they walk the road at night.
It is a road of your demise.
They take joy in your plight.
They cannot be stopped.
Inflicting pain is their delight.
Devils in the darkness
and demons in disguise,
look upon them closely
as their maggots turn to flies.
Gain trust in pretense
while they whittle out the plot
to lay the blame to every game
and truth will matter not.
Most will walk among us
every day in our lives.
They are devils in the darkness
and demons in disguise.
They come in every color
of trickery and lies.
In every word is hidden
a trick to change your lives.
Take care to whom you speak
they could be hidden spies.
Wake up and listen
to your spirit be wise,
Do not let this happen.
It will be your demise.
Evil, vile, wicked,
insane their middle name.
It is born within them.
You can't change a thing.
Stop a trick with warning,
Try to put out a flame.
It will only last a moment
until you are held to blame.
Devils in the darkness
and demons in disguise
look very closely
see their maggots turn to flies.

Brother Bear
Brother Bear please walk with me
hold my hand and help me see.
through darkness and insanity.
I stand alone and long to be
understanding of my destiny.
I fear to walk this path alone
to trip and fall upon the stones.
Hear my cry a baby's wail
weep into a wishing well
wishing that I hadn't failed
my life it seems is now derailed.
Bring me faith to believe
in my heart's eternity
filled in love's generosity
what I seek will come to me.
Brother Bear please be with me
bring me strength and humanity
courage, wisdom, and serenity
hear my spirit call to thee.
